Tyres for the rear

At the moment my car has Goodyear Eagle F1's on the front (relatively new) and the rears have Nexen (need to check which type) which need replaced pretty soon.

Would it be better to buy Eagle F1's for the rear to match the front or something different?

I like to have all four matching personally, but there's no right or wrong. If you like the Goodyear you might as well stick some on the back too

I always keep the same tyres on all corners mainly for predictability, if you have different tyres front and back one pair might let go while the others dont. Ultimately its entirely your choice, personally I run F1s all round although the ones on the back are the "newer" iteration of the tyre
