Here's the recipe:

Step 1:

Buy a Z4, and go to a scenic mountain road...

Step 2:

Meet up with other Z4 owners, and hoon around said mountain road...

Step 3:

When the smoke clears, roll the tyre tread that comes off your tyres into Tyre Tagliatelle! :P

Met up with Attilio, Ray, and Stephen and enjoyed a sunny day driving some Zeds on some lovely roads :driving: 8)

Was great to meet you today and apologies if my tyre fiasco slowed you down

Looks like you had a great day out - despite the rubber pasta. :)

It was very nice ...you have to turn your old tyres into pasta before you fit new tyres!

Obviously - you want to get full use out of them!

Thanks for posting those pictures Peter!

Yes, it was a lovely day out in great company, thanks guys!

Maybe ambitious, but I think there is merit in starting to think of a multi day event here in Ireland... we could design an itinerary across Wicklow, then over to the West and Southwest and then back to Dublin via the Sunny Southeast. I’d be up for that!

100% up for it after the N Wales run :D I can show you some of the roads I know in the West and South West if you lead the way in the Sunny Southeast

Deal!

I never would've thought that was Ireland :o I've always pictured Ireland as a green forest, always raining and full of dirt track roads

Lovely photo's

Thanks Gents :)

Ben, there are a few excellent driving roads throughout the country, you just have to know where to look :D

I think we need to devise a route and set up an official forum run in Ireland, maybe a few people will make the ferry trip over for it like we are for the North Wales run, change of scenery and all that

Indeed Peter, there are some great roads across incredible scenery, especially along the Atlantic coast and Northern Ireland too in fact!

Let’s get to work on a few route options for a “Wild Atlantic Way Z4 Drive” this summer!

Mr Wilks, I’ve been meaning to say this everytime I see one of your posts. I think those are genuinely the nicest wheels I’ve ever seen on an e86!

Style 405s?

Something very strange is going on with the BMW Wheel Styles website  http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/405
