Tyre Sizes on 19" Rims

About to move my e85 from 18" CSL's to 19" CSL's

I know the normal go to is 235/35/19 & 265/30/19 but I have the option of some PIrellis at a very reasonable price 225/40/19 & 255/35/19

wheels are 8" fronts et34 and 9" rears et37. Anyone ever tried this please. Pictures would be great too.
 
I reckon the fronts will rub on load, depending on what suspension you're running.
 
My MC came with 19" CSL Reps that were 8.5J x 19 ET44 front with 235/35 tyres and 9.5J x 19 ET27 rears with 265/30 tyres and I didn't get any rubbing (once I removed the spacers)!

As the ones you are looking at are 8J front and 9J rear those tyre sizes should work on those rims.

I ran 8J x 18 ET29 and 225/40 tyres on the front of my previous non-M E86 and 8.5J x 18 ET40 rears with 255/35 tyres and they didn't rub either.

Definitely worth putting some numbers into "willtheyfit.com".
