Looking for a bit of information, about to pull the trigger on my first ever e86, predominantly going to be a fast road car and occasional track work, has anyone managed to fit a 17x9 quare set up on these with the possibility of running a 265 square tyre set up to match or is that way too wide for the front? Cars going to have coilovers etc and a decent amount of camber

It might be possible if you get the right offsets. There are quite a few M owners using CSL wheels or CSL Reps and they are 19 x 9.5 on the rear, but the fronts are only 8.5J. My car came with Reps and 265/35 rear tyres on coil-overs and they didn't seem to rub - well not after I the spacers were removed and the ride height raised to stop it grounding on speed bumps.

Hopefully someone will have tried 9J on the front!
