Tyre repair kit ?

Hi all , looking to replace my run flats with proper tyres but don't know what repair kit to carry.
Any suggestions ?

I find a pump or compressor the best thing to have. I picked up a puncture yesterday on the M6 with a screw. It lost about 1 psi per 40 miles so with regular stops to re-inflate it got home with no drama and without using the foam stuff the tyre can be repaired.

A can of Holts seems to do the trick as a quick and inexpensive back up.
