I had a flat tyre (right rear) sometime ago but the tyre pressure button didn't go off alerting me of the issue.
BMW asked me £180 to change the sensor...
Anyone had the same issue?

You wont get a warning if the tyre goes flat overnight. It only warns you if the pressure changes whilst you're moving - and anyway, you don't have a tyre pressure monitoring sensor in your car - it's done via the ABS sensor.

Yup, it compairs wheel rotation left to right? If one is slowly increasing, during a journey, then you could have a deflating tyre, so on pops the light.
