I guess what we really have in the Z4 is now quite an old car with most of it's "Technology Pack" conceived and developed around maybe 2005/6?
I'd surmise that at this stage of it's life and the numbers it sells in, it doesn't earn enough for the parent to pump any more upgrades into it. Shame as a more informed TPMS could probably be carry over from elsewhere in the range.
Oh well - I suppose green hoops on the display are better than nothing.
