Not sure if this a problem or not or I have a slow puncture :x
Zed has been running fine however a weird thing happened last weekend. I pulled the Zed out onto the drive and no problems and gave it a wash. When I switched the engine on after the wash the tyre pressure warning light flashed up with the audible bong. Checked all tyre pressures and they were correct i.e. 36 psi fronts and 37 psi rears. I reset the monitor and everything has been fine all week. Did the same today, pulled the Zed out no problems, washed it and then when I started up got the tyre pressure warning light and bong again :x Checked pressures again and all fine except the one rear which was down only 1psi. Have corrected the pressure and reset the monitor. I'm just curious as to way I'm only getting a warning only after I do a wash :? and why it didn't sound off before I did the wash. I don't know if its a fault with TPM with water affecting it after I wash or I have a slow puncture. Never had any problems on the 1 Series but I've read sometimes the monitoring system can give false alerts?
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Tim.
