I would not be settling for just refit but a decent wage of compensation Esepcially if it's a dealer AUC car .I mean you're paying a hefty premium and it begs the question wjt else they have missed due to their overt incompetence . Let them sort out it out for at a time and place that suits you not them ,and then send the manager a strong letter saying you want the next service FOC ,otherwise you'll report the dealer to BMW and trading standards .
