Or Goodyear Eagle F1s.
the sessantas are on my rears but i went for the ultrac centro http://www.vredestein.com/car-tyres/summer/ultrac-cento/info/carl said:Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta here. Came pretty low down in a recent tyre test, but seem a lot better than the OEM Bridgestones IMHO.
Are Yoko Advan AD08s available in the appropriate sizes? They're *very* grippy.
I chose pilot super sport and am very pleased. Yes they are expensive compared to others but based on the fact that they are the only thing in contact with the road I want them to be the best in the eventuality that I over cook a corner or am forced into a situation by another driver they cost less than a bent car or lost life.Beedub said:pilot supersport. done. they are awesome...
They'd not last more thn 5000 miles if they were available.carl said:Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta here. Came pretty low down in a recent tyre test, but seem a lot better than the OEM Bridgestones IMHO.

The rears are now only about £20 more expensive (£210 vs £190), although the fronts are about £60 more expensive (£200 vs £140) (at Camskill prices).pilchardthecat said:Contisport contact 3s (not M3s) were the best balance of price/performance when i had mine done. They are amazing in the wet. The PSS are slightly better in the dry but were another £80-£90 a corner at the time.

There's as much difference between a SportContact 5 and your SportContact M3 as there is between a SportContact M3 and a £30 Linglong Yungfook, so your OCD should also be stopping you considering a completely different Continental tyre on the back.Adam D said:What sizes are people going for on the stock M wheels, I need a couple of rears soon and would be nice to upgrade from the dated Contisport M3 but I cannot see the right fitment size in the new conti wonder tyres.
Michelin PSS's would be nice but OCD cannot allow conti's up front and michelins on the back![]()
