Typical Raining again!

No Excuse..... but,

Ive not used the Z4 for a few weeks, its sat in the garage looking mint while the sun was blasting outside. 8)

So i decide to use it for the next few weeks................. Wake up this morning and its chucking it down! :(

Its not major problem but i had got so used to driving it in the nice weather before and it really was raining this morning!

Only good thing is i got a good look at the stubby..... cant think why its not a standard fit looks great. :D

Tell me about it ... raining some much this morning that I reosrted to going to work in my daughter's Nissan, while my shiny clean Zed stays tucked up in the garage. I'm in Solihull ... where abouts are you?

Im in Leicester!

I thought it would have been a bit OCD not togo in the car but now i wish i hadn't lol.

It was raining so hard about 6.30am i though the window was going to buckle!

Did you get the rain Friday about 6-7pm too? Seriously heavy rain both times.

Y'all are too funny! I know exactly how you feel though, same thing happened to me this scalding hot Atlanta summer - kept it garaged for a damn month, the weather cools a bit and it rains...for a week :x .
It's bound to get better though, ours did...eventually :tumbleweed:
 
Well Its late September and all we've got to look forward to is Rain and snow and Grit!

Knowing our councils in that order too.

hey paul,should try living in sunny scotland(NOT)......... i think scotland is gaelic for p***ing it doon :rofl: and this will be my first winter(sorry wifes first winter) :driving: in the zed as im banished to my trusty merc van!!!!

Dried up now so hopefully a dry drive home.

Do I echo the commens about rain this morning. It was coming up and out the manhole covers

I ran the Porter cable over the Z yesterday and there was no way it was going out this morning...

BTW - we live close - I'm in Shenstone, Lichfield
 
Man I was so upset the other day when it rained. It poured for a good 5 minutes. Then later that night actually rained hard enough to wake me up! But alas the next day all was clear in the skys.

Sorry I couldn't help it. The lack of rain is one reason I don't want to leave here. I think it rains once a month here. Don't get me wrong, I'm from Louisiana, where this time of the year its a downpour every other day that lasts several hours. I do miss Nature doing a damn good job cleaning the streets.
 
we have not had it as bad up here in scotland this year as down south(makes a change) but as for stealing your summer ... not a chance of that,the penguins in edinburgh zoo still have their duffle coats and wellies on since last november!!!
 
Eek, I reread my post and man I come off sounding like an ass. Sorry, wasn't my intention. I merely hate/love the weather here in Vegas

Dont worry Mate, we make allowances for you Yanks...... :P

Us Brits can normally handle the rain and pants weather because we get 2 weeks of the year where its stinking hot, we get burnt and moan about how warm it is.....

This year has just been rubbish!

Im not looking forward to the winter.

Winter? Yuck!
We had the same shitty weather here.

Good thing me & wifey are going to the south side of this planet for three weeks around x-mas.
Hopefully that will be enough to 'recover' and last through the winter.
