Has anyone got any decent weather?

It's dry here at the moment although it's expected in an hour or two. I'm not that bothered, i've got a dose of man flu so i'm not planning to do a lot today anyway.

Terrible here in Lancs, gusty wind rain HORRID!. However did get out yesterday afternoon under the bright blue skys and ended up having a cruise down deansgate manchester.. Didn't know it was gay pride weekend, the place was packed and bonkers! Loads of positive comments....

Decided to catch up on some work today as GF on holiday and I can bank this day - AND can easily drive in on bank holidays...!

Normal journey - suited, 10 min walk, 20 min train, squashed, in someone's armpit, uuber techno from annoying headphones 2 feet away, 10 min walk to office. Work. Repeat journey home.

Today - jeans, roof down, coffee, 14 minutes of zero traffic, drive along river, London skyline, park directly outside office. Out for lunch, chilled day. Hoon home whenever I fancy it.

I would gladly take a cut in salary to have it like this every single day.
No stress, arrive feeling fresh and clean, car to transport any stuff etc.

No bank holiday here. Nice in Germany today though. Wife took the Zed to work and I did some minor paint correction, polished and put several coats of wax on her 328 today. As she can't be bothered to even take her car for a quick rinse when it needs it. :x And she loves to park under trees to give the birds something to aim for.

Feeling like I need to put the heating on cos its so cold, wet and miserable :headbang:
