Two questions roof and mirrors

Mirror:-

My mirror use to auto dip when I put the car in reverse however as of this morning it has stopped doing it. Have I accidently triggered something?

Top:-

When I use the key fob to open the roof sometimes it goes completely other times it just freezes mid action, anyone else got that problem?
 
Think its just a matter of moving the switch for altering the mirrors into the other position
Regarding the roof this has only happened when my finger has slipped off tho button

+1 the other position for the mirror adjustment switch being the drivers side.

I find with the roof that it is best to only push the fob open button once and hold it. If you push open, release the button and then push and hold again to open the roof it is more tempremental. Does that make sense?
 
As others have said mirror will only dip if the selector is in the rhs position. If that's the case and yours is not working in that position Keith I would be on to the dealers.

Not had any problems with my roof from the key fob so cant help there im afraid.

I am positive when I first got car, I was positive that if I just nudged the indicator it would tick 2 or 3 times, now it doesn't .. Was I dreaming

i have a question..... why will the top go down on the key fob but not up again.... is it a safety thing about not locking people in??

You can configure that through the menu system...somewhere.....I think you can have 1 flash, or 3.
