Have a look on this site, they do the 'chunky' ///M wheels, from the basic non MFSW to the tri colour stitch MFSW

They also sell some other lovely parts inc gen CS/CSL wheels and big brake kits amongst other things :thumbsup:

I sold my tri colour stitch wheel off my ///M on this forum last year for £250 delivered, it was in better condition than the £300 item on ebay

How about a brand new M wheel direct from Germany :driving:

I bought this one last year for £350 and sold my used one for £200 to a forum member.

Funny, in ebay.de that excact same item is almost 50€ cheaper from same seller;

Can i replace original steering wheel directly to m version .. all buttons will work ? Will standard airbag fit ok for ///m wheel?

Yes you can and the airbag fits fine :thumbsup:

You may have to buy a small wiring loom though if you don't have the MF's on the original wheel. My friend replaced his and bought the loom etc His zed is a 3.0 SE 2003 Easy job :)
 
Hi,

I take it that's what option 0540 is then, that it's prepped for a MFSW because if I look up the BMW spec sheet it shows only cruise under that option number...

Just been speaking to my friend who fitted the M steering wheel. Apparently the loom that is available from Individual Cars where we bought the wheel is to illuminate the switches on the steering wheel.
