Two holes from wear on soft top..also Q about motor.

Is this happening to anyone else? I have a hole on eah side of my top from wear or vibrations when the top is down.

Also when I put my top down and hold in on te button..sometimes the motor doesn't stop until I let go of the button and I can get out and lift my top up..shouldn't the softtop lock down?
