I've got to agree there. The bodywork looks stunning but the wheels...well, don't.

He's done what you see at the first level, but the inner rims have been left and not even attempted....

I guess this means I've only been doing half the job.

If you look 'inside' the wheel (for example where they put the weights when balancing wheels) you can see it's not clean.
