Anyone used this place? Thought I'd try somewhere different for my inspection 1 and just wondering if they're ok. Cheers
 
Quite a few members use TWG from here.. pretty decent indy, I have used them for Inspections, wheel alignments and other bits and pieces.

The only thing I will say they lack on is communication, there have been times I have waited around for a phone call and had nothing.
But in terms of the standard of work, they are good - use OEM parts too.
 
I had service packs on my first 2 BMWs so went to Sytner.

I currently use them for my Z4 and 325ti daily and am very happy with both the service and prices. :thumbsup:

I had an oil service, brake fluid change, Insp1 and gearbox oil change there on my current Coupe last month. (Also got that pesky auto-locking removed from my key settings)!

Will (and at least one of his technicians) is ex-Sytner anyway, and it's good to go somewhere where you can discuss options and have confidence that you'll get what you asked for.

I know at least three other local members who have used them and haven't heard anything negative.
 
I won't take mine or my wife's cars anywhere else. Will is a lovely chap and knows bmws inside and out, can't recommend TWG enough.

Can't say I've had any issues with comms but then I only work a mile or so from the garage so tend to book well in advance and pop back end of the day to collect!
 
I've used them for services on my previous Zed. Haven't needed any work doing on my M since I bought it but I wouldn't hesitate going back!

Took the MC to them with a suspect exhaust vibration. Cue them driving around the industrial estate with one guy in the boot so they could figure where it was coming from!
 
Couldn't agree more with the other posts. I recently had an Inspection 2 and gearbox oil change. I was very happy with the service.
