TV tuner over Sat/Nav?

Does anyone have an idea if this could be hooked to the sat/Nav monitor on a 07 Z?

Yep, I'd like to set up a camera on the front and back of the car to help with parking, more so on the front than the back since there doesn't seem to be a standard height for parking curbs around here lol. Many times since I got mine I've gotten out of the car and noticed I just did miss one, but I did bump one the other day.

I'd like to eventually get a front spoiler for the Z, but there's no way I would take a chance of lowering my car any more without a way to see what I'm getting close to.
 
I have BMW hybrid tv tuner, reversing camera, you need extra lead to allow this, this gives a spare av input which I am adding front camera with SD card recorder.

What brand of tuner are you using, I'd like to find something I know someone has working.
