TV Tuner and cables

Hi guys,

Does anyone have a TV tuner module they would be willing to sell to me? More importantly, does anyone have the cabling to connect this to the OEM head unit and/or the video in motion cable?

I'm looking to install a reversing camera through the TV module route, the hard part of which seems to be getting all the various bits to make the TV tuner work as it was originally a retrofit kit which is obviously no longer sold, and the individual cable doesn't seem to be sold anymore.

Does anyone know if the TV module cable is part of the existing wiring harness or if I definitely need a separate cable to connect to the head unit?

I'm sure he was selling his when swapping to android head unit, but can't remember if it sold
 
I now have the tuner itself, but struggling to get hold of the cable to attach the tuner to the mkIV nav unit. A few stores seem to stock these but on closer inspection they just source from BMW so they've just been cancelling my orders after checking and realising BMW doesn't stock/make these anymore. Does anyone have one of these they would be willing to sell?
