Feel free to share anything & everything that might be worth a watch .

Ive almost done my first week virtually housebound :( in all honesty i do have a dislike in general for people in person so i'm not finding it difficult to avoid human contact at all  plenty of food & wine in the house & easy enough to occupy myself with 4 cars to clean & polish ( opted to do 1 a week as opposed to all in one go ) garden to sort , some diy + 2 terriers to walk but TV is still a big entertainer as i suspect it is for many others .

Here's a few random suggestions that i found "entertaining" & at times eye watering , without wanting to upset any forum guys from across the atlantic the escapades of some yanks leave me speechless :o

most are available through Netflix or NowTv

- Ozark on Netflix is great
- Benidorm is a favourite in our household
- Fast N Loud on DPlay (Discovery) is great if you like American custom cars
- we're currently back on the original TV boxsets:. 24. Forgot how good it was!
- Under the Dome on Prime was great. Based on a Stephen King novel

And yes, don't f**k with cats is a must-watch

"24" is one ive never watched so might try that , favourite boxsets that maybe slipped under many radars are Unforgotten , The Fall & The Affair .
Will probably revisit Killing Eve (again :P ) prior to release of 3rd series next month

I’ve always been in awe of Yellowstone & its Wolves, where Eden were running a short series I haven’t seen before

Yep a big fan of all things animal related & possibly one of the best documentaries ive seen in years was this one about the lone wolf "Takaya" that somehow found itself on a island not inhabited by wolves before https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000byp7 well worth watching if you haven't seen it ,

& if anyone is feeling stressed & wants to really chill themselves out there can't be a better series than this one on BBC catch up
https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000bs11
initially it might seem a bit random in this crazy world but stick with it  effectively you are out for a walk in various parts of Yorkshire with just a lady & her camera , very well spent licence fee money imo :) available on Youtube if no longer on BBC

Yes that was excellent & the temperament/intelligence of that lone wolf was astonishing.

Vancouver’s one of my favourite cities on this planet, incredible location within its surroundings... just such a shame about their drug problem.

Alan Titchmarsh Secrets of the National Trust. Watched the whole series again yesterday.

‘Bangers and Cash’ is easy watching if you enjoy ‘anything’ car related. I know and love the area where the the series is set.

The Wire, The Sopranos, Breaking Bad - in that order, will keep you very happy.

The Wire is initially a slow burner but give it time - best series I've ever watched.

Black Mirror is good too, but the quality does dip here and there and the first episode puts people off 😂

Curently halfway through "Manhunt Unabomber" on Netflix , excellent so far
Series based on how the Fbi caught a prolific mail bomber

Enough of your lip you mufolata! :poke:

I would never have thought about watching it but it was on at my mum's once and I was wetting myself. Donald and Jacqueline in the early series were absolutely outstanding characters

Think we've watched it all 3 or 4 times now

Sat down and watched the "Theory of Everything" last night with the wife kids ( 18 & 21) and we all not only enjoyed it but found it enlightening too. Its basically the life of Stephen Hawkin.
Fascinating and worth a watch to all those who thought he was just a severely disabled and odd bloke in a wheel chair. There was so much more to him and his life

Agreed

A couple from Netflix I've really enjoyed:

The Americans - 6 series to binge on. Cold War spy thriller. One of the best TV shows I've watched and one of those that you are really sad to reach the end of

Lilyhammer - 3 series "The Sopranos meets Cool Runnings"

If you're looking for some 'bite-sized' episodes to fill some time and are a fan of animation I'd strongly recommend 'Love Death & Robots'. I loved the different styles/stories and only a couple didn't really resonate with me. Anyone who thinks 'cartoons are for kids' really should watch these for a different perspective.
Still available on Netflix I think.

As said,Ozark was good, but you have watched it already, lol.
Also,The Starnger, on Netflix or Vikings on Amazon
