Oops, yes it was just the first series I finished last night. They broke it up mid-season and I thought I was watching 2 series.Bottom said:Apparently there's a second series of Discovery commissioned, but I'm not sure they should do it. Wasn't that fond of it TBH.
Crazy Harry said:Couple of suggestions which are maybe out of step with popular TV but kept us entertained and are on Netflix 'Whitechapel' dark but quite clever in places sadly only four short series made. 'Longmire' slow moving but not a bad watch if you give it a little time.
Don't know if there on Netflix but the Jessie Stone movies (six or seven made) - again a bit out of step (story of my life) with mass TV and slow to build but you have to pay attention.
ummm... isn't that Black Mirror?Ducklakeview said:Crazy Harry said:Couple of suggestions which are maybe out of step with popular TV but kept us entertained and are on Netflix 'Whitechapel' dark but quite clever in places sadly only four short series made. Have watched all of the Whitechapel series and liked them.
Started the expanse last night, liked the first episode where the PM was blackmailed into f'ing that pig! Second one a bit weird with the game show, but will try no 3 tonight.

Only 2 episodes in but so far its pretty good.
Stars JK Simmons
I’m onto episode 9, and there are some plodding episodes, but generally it’s maybe a 6/10.Nictrix said:A new series we have started watching is called Counterpart.
