Turner Motorsport Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Limiter Kit (RTAB Shim Kit)

For sale, a brand new, unused Turner Motorsport Rear trailing arm bushing limiter kit. See http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-964-turner-motorsport-rear-trailing-arm-bushing-limiter-kit-rtab-shim-kit.aspx £94 from CA Automotive - yours for £65 plus postage or collection from SE Hants.

I looked into getting a set but couldn't justify the cost including shipping and taxes. Seems a pretty good deal if you want to keep OE RTABs, GLWTS.

Interested in these.

I assume it would be wise to fit new bushes when fitting these to maximise the improvement. Any rough idea on price of replacement OEM bushes and fitting costs? Does it need a realignment after fitting?

If the location of the brackets is marked carefully then no alignment is needed. But if one hasn't been done in a few years it's probably not a bad idea.

If they haven't they really should have. It's a great price for a truly important upgrade to any M. In my opinion and that of others (not all) it is a preferable upgrade to the polybush option, but if you are reading this and haven't done either may I suggest you buy these and get some brand new OEM rtabs (for £40 or so), sit back and marvel at the control you now have of the rear end.
Many indys will point you the polybush way as they take 2 seconds to install, for the OEM rtabs it's rather more difficult and ideally you'd use the specific BMW tool, but worth it imo. I had polybushes before (powerflex) and removed them shortly afterwards, really didn't get on with them.
Turner make the best versions out there of these limiters AFAIK, there are cheaper (plastic) ones available but not much less than this sale price.

Sorry to disappoint everyone, but these lovely things are currently sat on my desk at home waiting to be fitted in the new year :-)
