Having sold my cherished 35is back in September to help finance a new house build, my plan was to go without a roadster until after that was finished (latter part of next year).
However, an opportunity arose to acquire an inexpensive (relatively) Audi TT Mk2 roadster that was in great condition, with a good spec and had an excellent history, so I took the plunge and bought it and so far am enjoying the sojourn in a non Zed. My Mrs actually prefers it as it has a shorter bonnet - she always said that driving the Zed was like trying to steer a super tanker (each to their own  )
Anyway, this will do very nicely for now and it’ll be some time before coming back to Zed ownership I feel so I’ll dip out of the forum for the time being but not before saying that in my opinion this is one of, if not the best, car forums out there. Lots of people always willing to help with vast amounts of experience and having been on many very enjoyable forum runs and meets I’ve made many friends along the way.
So until we meet again - Ta Ta For Now
All the best,
Rob
