Trouble removing wiper motor linkage

HELP NEEDED

I removed all the scuttle panel today as I had 8 new rivets to fit due to some missing and it not fitting flush to the windscreen

I wanted to take the motor out to give it a clean but the hex screw holding the wiper motor in on the drivers side, the head Is shot on it. Until I can get this out I can't get the wiper motor out? Any ideas how to get this out without damaging anything? I am going to order a new hex screw to put in but I just can't get this out?

Hoping to have another go on Friday so if it's happened to anyone else or you have any idea how I can get the screw out It would be most appreciated
 
I tend to saw a notch into the screw to turn it into a normal screw for a flat blade screwdriver. Worse case is you'll twist off the head and just leave the shaft, so then you can undo that with a monkey wrench.
 
Molewrench on outer hex head.
Worse case small cold chisel on edge to start it turning Good luck :thumbsup:
