Worth a punt with the plate included as you may get a fair chunk of that money back selling that number

Cheap car for a reason. The MOT history is terrible and with nearly 100k miles we can assume it's not been loved. The plate is worth very little and hardly worth the transfer costs.

Teach me to answer a post without researching the car first  to many Friday Buds :D as you say not loved especially the tyres 6 digit HMS plates going for up to around £800 on one site but as you say its the transfer fees and trying to sell it

If the plate is worth that it might make a good breaker...

The price for a bog standard plate like that on a commercial re-sale site is a fantasy ask, not a valuation. Plates that mean nothing to 99.9% of people take literally years to sell and in reality are not worth the transfer fee (just ask any trader). If it was worth selling the vendor would have taken it off.

This is a super-cheap banger worth about £1500 in parts that will end up being parked on a driveway in the lock-down sunshine before the MOT runs out in July and the chickens come home to roost. Best left to someone who's handy with a spanner ,or a Pikey to break it for pin money.
