Trim removal

Anybody know how to remove the plastic tray above the passengers feet. I want to get at the sound gen foam and check the grommet is in place. Before anyone says, I did remove the sound gen pipe from the bulk head but just can't get the grip on the foam so am thinking about removing the tray in the passengers foot well. If that fails I will follow the how to guide

I think there are two torx screws that sit quite deep

Pretty sure its just 2 Philips head screws and a plastic rivet then pull.

Do you own a set of long nosed pliers, or some tweezers ???
