Trickle Charger for 2010 3.5I

I will probably not be driving the car for 4 months due to winter in Ohio. Can anyone recommend a charger that they have good experirences with or what BMW has recommended?

Ctek xs3600, I have bought 4 of those now and they are the best.

I use the BMW trickle charger....any issues and they can't argue..it's their design.

i use an intelligent charger by oxford but it might be uk only , ive had it ages and its great

I don't think you don't need a trickle charger. Just disconcert the battery and you be fine for the 4 months. That is what I did last winter on my 2008 Z4 30is based on my BMW Service Managers recommendation (parked inside the garage of course) and it worked out fine.

I have to add that on 2 or 3 occasions the weather was super, nice and dry and I took her for a spin. Then back to the garage
