Transport mode ( Midlands help please)

Afternoon folks, I've gone into transport mode due to flat battery, no Aircon heater etc , I've just purchased obd 1.40 tool but getting no joy from my laptop, is there anybody close to Dudley West Midlands who could help me please, it's drove me around the bend bleeding computers 😭
 
Bump, just a gentle bump as my Welsh road trip next week is going to be exceedingly sweaty in a coupe without Aircon if anybody is localish
