I'm surprised this hasn't been posted on here already, but last night I read the tragic news that a Zed owner and member of the ZRoadster Forum (Ashley Foley) lost his life at the age of 24 last week.

I didn't know him myself, but from all the posts it seems that he was a well liked and respected lad who attended their forum meets, and was also going to the Watermill Meet so perhaps a few members on here may have known him locally ?

A shocking reminder how frail life can be and how quickly it can be taken, plus the devastation these accidents can leave behind.

On behalf of the Z4-Forum I would like to offer our condolences to all those affected by such a tragic loss.

Terrible loss of a young life. A stark reminder to all of us to try and enjoy every day as much as we can.

Sad news :( I understand he was from Leamington Spa originally so was probably known to some Zed owners in the Warwickshire area.

This is sad news. Never nice to read of someone so young losing their life.

My thoughts go out to his family and close friends.
