If it was someone on here im guessing with their 2 years stint they won't be able to respond to your origional query to let you know if he's on here
Roads are for driving, circuits for racing.. muppet!!

LOL! Well said mate.

I get muppets in their done up Corsa's, Saxo's, CTR's etc try and race me off lights on the roads etc. I am young which makes them assume I am up for it. Even had a Lamborghini Gallardo start revving the bollocks out of his engine and looking at me at a set of lights. I just give them all the same responce turn look and laugh and let them hammer it off. I know my car is fast (ok not Gallardo fast) and don't need to drive like a twat on the roads to prove that.

It's not the racing it's when the VTEC kicked in that the CIVIC left the road and flew into the bungalow.

The Z4 driver was stupid to call the ambulance and left evidence that he was at the crash scene. Otherwise, the police did not have evidence to charge him. Civic driver was smart, he said he could not remember anything after the accident.

Z4 driver was called Mr Bland. He got 100 hours of community service and was banned from driving for 2 years. He claimed he hadn't seen, or been involved in, any incident. When they found out that he had called the ambulance, they knew he had been lying. He then confessed to dangerous driving.

The Honda Civic guy was given a 2 year suspended sentence and was banned for 4 years. He claimed loss of memory leading up to the crash. The Z4 driver's confession ultimately incriminated the Honda driver who was done for dangerous driving.

Imagine in the Z4 driver had just called 999 and reported seeing the accident - he'd have got off without any charge and the Civic driver would probably have just been done with DWDC or such.

Some people really need to learn when to keep their mouth's shut.

If only it was that simple.
