traffic camera locations

Hi everyone,

I finally got a z4m in alpine white :) woooo. Only question is it it possible to upload the speed camera locations to my built in sat nav or do i ahve to get an extra uni like the road angel? If so does anyone have the road angel professional and is it any good? does the laser detector part work?

You can mod the navigation DVD to add the camera locations. Not very good as there is no sound warning with it (just POI).

I have the Origin in my car, road angel is also good. Laser - don't bother, if they get you, you are done anyway before you can react.

Add to that it will be illegal at some time in the future, and it is already illegal in France.

I have Navigon for Iphone with speed camera alerts but it does nothing to combat mobile units and m/c policemen as i have found out recently :D
 
You can get some Jack Sparrow Enterprises versions of the map DVD (google will show a number of them) that integrate the speed cameras, but you will also need a hacked version of the firmware to get the speed camera alerts.

Best option I have found is CameraAlert on the iPhone (linked to a camera database that is regularly updated)
