Hi. Hoping someone can advise is there a way to turn off the traffic announcements. These break over whatever music is being played and are from either local or national radio stations. Many times the signal to cut off after the traffic news is over doesn't happen and you end up listening to other news, weather etc.

Each time I get the traffic announcement I go into the Sat Nav menu, traffic information and press "no traffic info" The TCM green logo disappears. However each time car is restarted it default back to "Traffic Alerts".

two different things i think, TCM = alerts on your nav, ie route breakpoints, whereas what's annoying you is TI.

Press the "i" button twice whilst listening to the radio, and it should untick "TP".. iirc.. and this should stop it until you turn it back on.
