Trading the Z :(

Traded my z4 for an 07 plate mk2 Audi TT in condor grey. Picking it up on Tuesday. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the help and general friendliness :) Had my z for nearly four years which is the longest I've kept a car so I'll definitely miss it :cry:

There's quite a few on here with TT's - I have one now - different cars to drive so stick around fella
 
Congrats on your new purchase! I've recently come the other way from TT to Z4 and if I'm honest (expecting some sticks thrown at me for this) it's been my favourite car *hides behind couch*

Which one did you go for?

Off-topic but how does the TT compare to the Zed?

I miss my TT- 225.. Easy to mod but just the same as the Z4, it will eat your money fast!! enjoy mate.

I considered long and hard over another z but the missus was keen for me to get something with rear seats even if they aren't particularly spacious :P

Settled on a 2.0 litre turbo in the end. Will post a few pics when I get it.

A good choice! APR do a nice ecu remap that will take you to 250HP for little monies. Recommended by many on TTForum.

PS feel sorry for whoever has to sit/curl up in the back lol!!
 
The 2.0T is a great engine, I'm still surprised how torquey it is in 6th. Really gelled with mine - did you get hold of one with many options?
 
It certainly felt quick on the test drive. Not had a turbo car since my old mr2 years ago.

It has a few extras I think, like full leather seats and cruise control.
