This is the next track day I have booked on the 17th June at Curborough sprint course. It's great fun, track time is from 10am till 5pm it cost £60 that includes your breakfast and lunch meal provided by kiosk on site. Simple but demanding short figure of eight type track very good for learning handling of your car. One car on track at any time so no pressure to go fast its more about you. Wide run off's so nothing to hit. A couple of the corners are tyred walls but rest is open field track so if you over run a corners your on the grass and straight back on without hitting barriers, cones and boardings like other well known tracks. Track is perfect for novice aswell as experienced drivers. The course can be changed to how ever you approach the start making variations to the course as you lap using the cut through or making another route round outside circuit. a guy calle Mark Beardmoore runs it so have a look and enquire if available

I might be up for this, I've enjoyed a number of days here with the Fiat Coupe Club in the past. Will check dates and reply again..... :)

Fun place just a few miles up the road from me. Been around it many times.

not sure I could describe it as wide run off areas as the molehill is darned dangerous to the over zealous and the bottom bend right next to the fence, unless some changes have been made.

Great place though to have a bit of track time one car at a time.

Fab track. Been there in the Westfield many times. It's amazing how a couple of laps with an instructor can bring your times down....especially the 180 at the bottom of the course where we were told to head straight for a rough patch of tarmac before turning in...worked a treat and took a good second off my time. Like CJ said you wouldn't want to get the molehill wrong

Yeah its the Friday, day after the England vs Wales game I've booked the 2 days off work may aswell hope its good sunny weather.

Last time I went I was raining, I had fairly new tyres on so was fine no issues all day. In the rain wasn't even to bad for grip it was once it stopped raining the track got greasy which surprised me. It was only the mx5 drivers coming off that day but they were just little 360 spins and was back straight on track. There was a girl who ditched her mx5 into the bush on the first bend you approach from start point she ran too wide. Someone tuned up in a Ferrari 458 and really showed us how to drive in the rain I started braking less when I seen his laps.
