Looking at 2004 Z4 thats got replacement wheels.
The tpms light is up on dash. Was mentioned on mot test.

Can it be turned off?

Guessing it not cheap to get 4 sender things.

Hi, a 2004 car doesn’t use transmitters but utilises the abs rings instead

If its had new wheels it might just need calibrating. Defo try that first, make sure your tyre pressures are all correct before you do it. If it’s a wheel speed sensor you normally get a ton of other lights on as well.

Do any use the transmitter type, and if so when was the change? With the facelift?

Transmitters came in with the e89 and that was only circa 2014, I’ve got a Sep 13 lci and that doesn’t use them. :?
