Just took a few seconds hesitation and he was gone. Fantastic tour for the Brits so far. :thumbsup:

Yates must be gutted though.
 
He put one over Movistar ,I thought he would come to grief riding in that position.Hope he doesn't pay for it tomorrow. :thumbsup:

He missed the time but made it to a large group, so unlikely that they will all be excluded.

Mayhem & melee , glad the final result was judged with some sense
Froom is showing some true legend & looking back now al the gossip about Froom holding back so Wiggins could win would seem hard to ignore
 
Those spectators are stupid beyond belief,wait all day to see the riders,then jump in front of them :headbang:
As Chris Boardman said,the organisers need more barriers to keep the riders safe.
The only thing that came out of today's race is Froom is on a mission and has the respect of all the other riders :thumbsup:
 
Just watched today's highlights. Crowds are getting plain stupid in places. Some one could have been seriously hurt in the middle of that. Motor bike ran into the back of Froome's bike and snapped the frame. :o The commissaries came to some sound decisions over the final stage times. :thumbsup:
 
I have not seen the race, but how on earth does an accident like that happen? It sounds like madness gone wrong.
 
This is an accident that's been brewing for years. The fans fuelled on drink and enthusiasm just get carried away. We've seen riders knocked off, flags on wheels but nothing so bad before that I can recall.
Shame that more barriers seems the inevitable outcome or perhaps bikes parting the crowd more fully.

Good decision to amend the road times of the innocent riders.

At least the organisers had the sense to adjust the times & Froome's in yellow still, where he deserves to be. That man is on a mission :thumbsup:

Hard to see the organisers installing more barriers, perhaps motor bike outriders? I.e. riding left & right to part the dickheads crowds ?
 
Brilliant! He lost his own lead out but sat on Kittel and then went past him with ease really, although the German did try to make out he'd taken his space!!
 
The race is down in the Alps now. We were there just a couple of weeks ago and I was surprised at just how many cycle in that part of the world.

Not sure what I make of Zakarin, he has served a two year ban for drug use in 2009 - do leopards change their spots?

The podium fight is going to go all the way though. Fascinating TT today. Rooting for Young Yates. Done amazing things already a Podium would put him right up there. 8)
