when its raining hard have you noticed the rain rolls over the windows and runs down the inside of the doors near the window switches?

It's not so bad if the windows are fully up but if slightly dropped then your sleeve gets wet as well - oh and what about when you use your windscreen washers! :lol:

I'd like to do Scotland in 2016 with Spikey, so if possible it would be good to join you on the way through for a day trip.

i will be 68 when i bloom retire

I'm thinking of retiring early so that I can move to the North East to join this gang on their meetings. Haven't quite got round to telling Mrs R yet - she may not be totally supportive!

Echoing everyone else's jealousy, I wish I could find a reason to come join you guys - credit to you for organising so many runs out Paul. The big and the small, latter of which are often more fun with fewer cars to worry about. Hopefully we'll catch up in 2016

You need a supportive wife to be doing this as often - thankfully all the spouses don't seem to mind and of course some are involved anyway.

With the smaller runs they are now as likely to be instigated by Cherrym, Chezsherman or PorthoZ - we're just happy to get out there with them. We've kind of got a weekly system sorted where we'll get out together and sometimes it's now whoever texts first :lol:

You're right though, just a handful of Zeds makes for an easier run out and of course, we know each other very well now so that makes for even more enjoyment on the road.

It was closed Jim and the only traffic out and about was really those that needed to be on the road. We were the only one out doing it for fun :lol:
