Touch up spray paint supplier anyone?

Can anyone recommend someone who can supply touch up spray tins to factory colours. I need to paint a tow eye cover (a bottle top sized piece of plastic) and local dealer wants £50. They said Stratus Grey is no longer available as a spray can to buy.
Last time a dealer (Sytner Cardiff) painted a headlight cover they did a crappy job so I'd prefer to do it myself anyway but just need the paint.
 
any local paint shop will be able to colour match the paint on your car. they are usually good value also.
 
I only want to paint a bottle top sized piece of plastic so not really a paint shop job - is there anywhere I can buy factory colours off the shelf? - does Halfords sell the OEM colours?
