Touch up pen

I waxed my car yesterday and noticed a couple of annoying scratches and chips and want to touch them up myself - I went halfords where they have the 3 step kits, i.e. primer, paint and laquer but I couldn't see sterling silver!

The only one they had was silver grey - does anyone know if this is the right colour??

I'd be going to the main dealers for a BMW touch up stick, usually comes as 2, one paint the other laquer.

Go to the main dealer, the touch up sticks are less than a tenner and will be a much better colour match.

Agree with the others, get it from BMW. Sterling Grey and Silver Grey are fairly different.

the vin number should have the paint code in it

They are very different, go to your stealership and get the right one. Once it's on, it's on - you would have a much darker color difference if you went with the latter and your color is the former.
