Touch up paint, Toledo blue, where to buy?

Is BMW the best place to get touch up paints from or are other suppliers just as good?
I have seen this one on Amazon but unsure what the going price should be.

I have been happy with Halfords touch ups in the past but don't know if they will do my colour.

I need to get my front bumper touched up before I give the car a good polish and wax.
