total brake fluid quantity for manual gearbox

hi,

what's the quantity what goes into the brake and clutch system altogether when replacing brake fluid?

I don't seem to find it

Something strange, my cars front left caliper nipple was solid, with no ball in it.
I wonder if BMW back filled the system from this caliper.
I would have a bit more than minimum to refill as you waste some bleeding the system.
