Torque Settings for Valve Cover Bolts

Does anyone have the definitive settings for the 15 bolts that hold the cover down, I am reading conflicting figures off various sites

the s54 is like 8nm which is just enough to compress the rubber under the bolts. I don't really see the need for any more than 8-10nm. Which is tiny amounts in reality.

7/8 seems to be about right. What I find strange is my car doesnt have the rubber grommet/washers and when I look on OEM there isnt a part number for them!! Most other models seem to have them

There's not many of us that have a torque wrench that goes that low!

iirc i did 8ft lbs, which is about 10nm. Not sure if you don't have rubber washers though.
