Torque settings for top mounts and bulkhead strut braces

Hi

Could anyone confirm torque settings for the top leg securing bolts as I am fitting OEM E46 M3 strut brace and also torque settings for the bulkhead braces as I want to remove them and repaint them.
But as listed the brackets for these are weak and do not want to over tighten the bolts.
