The issue is that they don't have the raised rubber bumps on the underside of their top mounts. This means the metal sleeve in the middle of the rubber can impact directly on the cup washer below it, causing a very annoying knock. I fitted Meyle rears on an E85. Removed them less than 3000 miles later and the end of the metal sleeve was battered to f&&k!True-Blue said:I know Meyle are fine for most things, but believe the rear top mounts are bad on the E85.
