top leaking when on incline

been getting water in my trunk for a week or so and noticed that when the car is parked on an incline, water leaks into the trunk. when the car is on a decline though, not a drip (which means drains are not clogged).

i took a closer look while it was raining the other day and noticed that the water seems to run along the brim of the top once it reaches inside, rather than going down the cavity where the drain holes are (on both sides).

the water then drips onto the plastic tray (by the shock mounts) and i have a nice puddle waiting for me every morning after it rains. i looked to see if the top was twisted in some weird way but everything looks pretty normal to me.

anyone have this issue? anyone resolve it or am i just going to have to park on a decline whenever it's supposed to rain?
 
not had this issue but have u checked if the 3rd brake light is cracked as this can let water in?
 
3rd brake light is ok. the water actually leaks onto the plastic trays up by the shock mounts and it creates a decent size puddle. if it rains a lot, it will overflow and go down into the trunk.
 
any breaks in the seals around the trunk lid?

other people on here have had similar trouble... try a search?
 
i have the same problem, i have yet to resolve it,i have told dealer about it so when i take it in i will post the outcome.
