Top Gear new series

The Supercar piece was very good  . The news section was just embarrasing. And as for Will.I.Am - take your tongue out of his arse Clarkson

Much better than anything from the last series. Long my it continue.

Playa,

He might be a regular on that Ferry then because it looked like the Italian
part was filmed in the middle of summer or autumn at best.

Perhaps he's gone undercover in the Pagani factory!

When I'm wrong I put my hands up, and I was. TopGear was fantastic, Top Gear is back. Well done lads.

Really good - enjoyed it. Back to their best with this sort of episode :)
Starin a car has run its course though.

Yeah I found that odd too. He didn't inspire me, the exact opposite - he was a boring sod with a charisma bypass. Couldn't have told you beforehand he was in the Black Eyed Peas but then again I loathe them so not surprising.

Yeah I think you could be right. What else could they do?

At last - an episode I really enjoyed! I just want to see cars I can't possibly ever afford being hooned about in an irresponsible manner.

Will.i.am though...

Better than the India special, but that wasn't hard I guess. Still not great but better than before. B+, decent but could do better.

Loved the expressions on Hammond's face when he had the moment on track in the Noble - looked like he shat a brick :D Did very well to control it as much as he did.

You're right, I just checked the invoice and the date would have been nearer 26/09/11 so that ties up :D

Also some comments from one of the guys who delivered the car:

Firstly, if I wanted to brake a clutch, I could do it in about 20seconds if I drove like some people do. Also Hammond told me that he had been giving it a lot of abuse throughout the day, doing fast starts and the like. Also what you did not see on the TG episode, is that Lamborghini had 2 identical cars there, with 1 on stand by at any time! And yes, they did swap them when both broke!!!!! Macca also had issues... But as we all know, Top Gear has only released on air what they wanted to show, as it is an entertainment show now, not produced to help manufacturers sell cars.
All three of the crew loved the car, and agreed that with the Stig in the M600 it would have have come out differently.

Also, Mr Hammond did say that it was due to driver error.

And the grey M600 managed to make it from Leicester to Rome flat out, non stop, except for fuel (a lot of), got then driven to Imola, abused all day, no tyre changes or different brakes etc, and then drove THE SAME night back to Leicester, and did not miss a beat.
