Top gear confusion

Just seen an advert for top gear on bbc2 coming soon it said and Jeremy, Richard and James were together. Maybe its the shows they cancelled.

I tend not to watch BBC as do most of my watching on catch up and hadn't seen advert till tonight while watching the news and just after the ad came on.
Although bit surprised that BBC are broadcasting it after all the statements etc about standards and Jeremy.
But then I guess makes people come back to the bbc

isn't it just a mashup of all the footage already shot but not broadcast? hamond and may did the live show/linking the other week

I was under the impression there were two shows not yet aired due to steak-gate.

BBC owns top gear these days, and can probably legally show them without any input from the trio.

They are, however, as a trio (bwahaha as i predicted) moving to Netflix.
