Top gear alert

Well tonight's last of the current series couldn't end soon enough for me  i think "utter bilge throughout" would be a understatement
Tedious , tired , juvenile , pointless , pathetic i could go on but if i had to use just one word then "woeful" would do it .
I am trying not to think too hard what kind of £££ of licence fee money was squandered  possibly THE worst ever TG episode ? :?

Switched across to this ready for ‘Roadkill’ at 9. Roadkill had more to do with cars than this drivel I know I’m an old ‘f**t but I truly struggle to find anything of merit in this programme now. I watched for 15 minutes. I won’t be watching any more. :headbang:

I must admit, tonight's show was the worst of the series. Nothing about cars more three blokes mucking around.
Compared to the Clarkson days, the show has lost a lot, becoming a parody of what it was.
Sorry BBC you need to try harder

Well... seemingly contrary to popular opinion i quite liked it! Anyways, perhaps if you dont like it, youll finally stop watching it?

Same here, probably the first ever episode I’ve given up on.

They need to rethink the presenting team (again) and either come up with some better ideas and challenges or step away from the format. Sadly they’ll keep TG ploughing on regardless, as it makes auntie beeb a lot of cash.

Probably difficult getting the usual amount of new models and supercars on this series due to CV, but not sure even that would have saved it.

Cries of "it's an entertainment show, not a motoring magazine" are only valid if it's entertaining. Paddy is now irritating, Flintoff brings nothing to the table and I feel quite sorry for Chris who's reputation is surely being blighted by association with the two clowns. It wasn't entertaining, time to call it a day

Agree with above. Thought there might be something promising about the three but they have gone off the deep end into a pile of laddish stuff that entertains them only i think. Freddy has become the passenger, paddy seems to have most influence but is just too much and chris has been thoroughly drowned out by the creative team. It's all gone very wrong, not a bad thing that there were only 5 episodes.

Paddy is irritating,

corrected that for you.

I just cant believe that in the races etc paddy gets anywhere near chris if he was doing it properly. you dont go from being able to throw a jag suv like that to crashing a lambo on a damp road

he was ok when he wasnt being too "listen to my accent im a B rate peter kay" wannabe

The new Chris Evans problem, too shouty, too annoying

I thought the prog last night lacked substance and producers seem to have simply run out of ideas. The combat zone and fighting vehicle was done by Clarkson ages ago.
Maybe the Covid-19 restrictions have had an impact?

If you want some of Tiff instead of Chris, then LoveCars is coming to ITV4, Thursdays @ 8pm (from 12th November).

Last night's episode was pretty dire. Fell asleep halfway through and didn't feel the need to rewatch it. Electric ice cream van? Really??

However, there's light on the horizon. Tiff Needell and his mate from YouTube channel Love Cars has a new show on ITV4 from Thursday 11th November at 8pm. There's even a grouo test featuring the new Z4 in one show
