Top Gear 2019

Loved it. Seems like a really good chemistry between the 3 of them.

Nice review here too: https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2019/jun/16/top-gear-review-gentler-kinder-and-all-the-better-for-it?utm_term=Autofeed&CMP=twt_gu&utm_medium=&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1560716866

I fell asleep watching it :|
Me too. Very dull. I like Chris Harris, I like Paddy McGuinness but I can't stand Flintoff. He's robbing a living, waste of skin

Yup I thought the chemistry was finaly there. Enjoyed the Fezza Vs Mac slot

The road trip was a bit slow though. :| Hope Porsche were watching. A boxster where you could tell the front from the back, amazing mod.

I had my doubts - but I enjoyed it and enjoyed it enough to put it on series record.
They seem like genuine old pals having fun

I must admit I enjoyed it to a degree. (Much better than ginger shouty boy and Joey).
The problem they have is coming up with fresh ideas to keep this old donkey going, nothing new last night.

we will see how it pans out, the chemistry has to work, and a barely and almost begrudging thumbs up from the queen of lefties the guardian is hardly praise at all, but then i read a writup/slanging from someone also from the guardian who by his picture is a millennial and still lives with him mommy. Always the same - those that can - do - those that cant - write about it.

I recorded it and watched it earlier.

The three of them seem to have already gelled, which is encouraging as that was only just starting to happen with Matt, Chris and Rory when Matt left!

The format didn't seem to offer anything new, but I'll give it a chance - at least it's a TV programme with some car content.

I quite liked not having a star in a reasonably priced car. Always fast forwarded through it anyway, 10mins of vacuous self publicity. Also, at least the trip seemed more like a boys road trip than a competition to smash up your cars and leave one of the team stranded a la Clarkson and co. I’ll definitely watch the next one.

Watched it on the iPlayer yesterday, really liked it. It's gone a bit Lancastrian though, hasn't it?! :D
