top down by fob retrofit

My Z4 was made in January of 04. From what I have read they started having the option of top down by key fob in April 04. Is there a way I can make mine have that ability?

gubni, if it is able to be programmed, you're going to have to take it in to a BMW dealership to have that done. Call them and see..although I can't remember the cost... :scratchhead:

Just checked that website. Unfortunately they don't ship to the U.S. because of liability laws.

If you find a willing z4-forum member in say the UK who could buy and then ship to you in the US to get round this issue.

I have helped one member out in the past, and would look into helping others if I can.
